Program Description

Aaron Rains Agency's SMS/text messaging program is used to communicate with people who have requested an insurance quote or otherwise contacted us and opted in to receive text messages. Message types may include: quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, policy or renewal notifications, and responses to your inquiries.

How You Opt In

You opt in to this program by checking the SMS consent checkbox on a form on this website (for example, our quote request or contact form) and submitting your phone number. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Aaron Rains Agency at the phone number you provided.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, an active quote request may generate more messages than a general inquiry). You may receive multiple messages per week during an active conversation.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Aaron Rains Agency does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates may apply.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and you will not receive further texts from this program until you opt back in. If you'd like to opt back in, submit a new request through our website or contact us directly.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
